I hate Monday morning rush...
10 minutes later still no sign of 55 so i decided to cross over the road to take 261...got stuck at the traffic light and have to watch two 261 come and go...arghhhhh...
261 should be quite frequent since it is a feeder bus...so wait lor since there is no sign of 55 yet...10 minutes later I am still waiting for 261 and 55...see whichever comes first...and right now anxiety and frustration builds up...
Finally after 20 minutes of waiting 55 comes first...at last...managed to squeezed up the bus...lucky me cuz there was a crowd trying to get up the bus too...but there was this lady who squeezed up the bus and stood at the steps. Where she standing prevented the bus driver from closing the door...so bus driver politely asked her to wait for the next bus...she just simply refuse to budge and "argued" with the bus driver...(i was thinking - oh boy, get this over and done with and just move on la...not me only but a lot of people is running late)...the "drama" went on for abt 5 to 10 minutes before the lady gets off...not because she has realise her inconsideration but because another 55 (quite empty) has come...that's not end of story ok...the @#!& bus driver must have too much time also..."crawling" all the way to the mrt station...can u imagine it took me more than half an hour to reach the mrt station...
Why can't some people just think for others...and when people talk to you politely you do not snap or shout back or talk back rudely...
Had such a lousy start...angry...
Today in office went to read a CEO's blog today...yes, his blog was featured/mentioned in the newspaper...none other than NTUC CEO Mr Tan Kin Lian...maybe i should be like him - provide advice and talk a lot on financial planning and insurance on my blog...hee hee hee...so wat do u think...anything u wanna ask, start ask now...hee hee
But i do agree with what he said in one particular blog about hospital plan...one insurer has introduced a plan that says "as charged"...it is not necessary good...it will cause a rise in hospital bills, resulting in subsequent increase in premiums...esp after hearing someone commenting that Great Eastern CPF-approved medical scheme is the louiest amongst all...I can only say pls work hard on your maths...
Which is higher - $850, $830 or $800?? $10,000, $9,400 or $8,200??
Even a kid could tell you which is higher. I can only say the highest amount is what GE offers as compared to other insurers and we are still lower in premium. Of course the fourth company offers "as charged". But just look at the premiums at old age, it can come up to $6,000 a yr...and note that even with the high premium you can't claim your hospital bills in full because of co-insurance and deductible...for much less than $6,000 I can have a plan that can pays every dollars and cents of my hospital bills...You can check out more details of CPF-approved medical schemes at CPF or MOH website.
