Today morning really "大白天见鬼"...

The story goes...morning mum had to send dad to airport around 10am so I was all alone at home using the computer la...not too long after, less than 30mins, the TV in my room suddenly switched on by itself...

And the best part was last night before i went to sleep at 1am the TV was on AV channel, volume was at 9 (because I don't want to be blasting my parents at this late hour) and the SCV receiver was off but this morning it switch on by itself to Ch 2, the volume was blasting at 23 and my SCV receiver was not even on...weird weird weird...i swear i never ever touch the remote control ok...my hand was entirely on the keyboard...my parents did not go into my room before that and even if they did, i don't think they can find the remote control which was tucked away on my computer table...

So immediately I switched off everything...and cool as I was, i went back to doing what i was doing like nothing happened....wahahaha...maybe the TV just had a short circuit...

Anyway that reminds me of an incident many years ago...as usual i slept late and was watching the TV...so during the TV ads, i went to the toilet to brush teeth, pee etc etc....and all of a sudden the TV was blasting so loudly so i ran back to the living room to see what happened...even my dad was awoken and i got scolded la...hello, i'm innocent la...guess what, the volume was blasting at full volume (full volume is 100) instead of 20...and i was not even in the living room...

Anyone got any explanation for these? Maybe TV do really go crazy at times hor...

Went to watch "Pirates of the Carribean 2" earlier this week...very very funny...and there's no part of the movie which u feel boring...wanted to watch it cuz i watch part 1 before...but this part 2 left the story dangling in mid-air...so everybody expect a part 3 to this movie...

Something funny happened at the theatre...they showed the preview for the movie "Spiderman 3" and most people was like me lor..thinking woah, like very nice to watch...and i was still commenting to my friend that part 3 come out so fast ah, thought part 2 just shown not too long ago...and then at the end out came the words "JULY 2007"...wahaha...a bit anti-climax...you sort of expect it soon but then they tell u wait till next year...**flip**

This week seems to pass so fast...and dun know for what reason i sort of feel a bit lethargic...maybe i need "Energizer"...hohoho...and today went to friend place for BBQ cuz she flying off next month...it's kinda of send-off party...hoho...anyway, wish A all the best and dun forget us when you in USA...but never mind, i'll bug you through MSN...wahaha...

People that i know are going overseas...is the moon overseas really rounder??? Anyway living in Singapore has kind of get harder and harder...especially each time after election...all prices will hike...haiz...what can we do...we're in Singapore wor...

Suddenly life is back to "normal" for a lot of people after the World Cup...how i wished it lasted longer...

Sis went China 2 days age so I have the whole room to myself...muahahaha...shiok... but she busy working there...take care ok, dun overwork and remember to buy lots of things for me hor...hee hee hee

Suppose to go swimming yesterday after going cousin's place but some people so fickle-minded...or should I say, hard to please...see the pool got one group of students learning swimming and say too many people and dun wan to go deep pool, dun wan to swim liao...bish bish bish you...so we walk to hougang mall and walk walk lor...

Later on way home go Junction 8, saw a friend and since she going lunch alone so join her lor...and we had KFC...i ordered the new chicken chop...



It is not that fantastic lor...already the sauce is bit salty but the chicken itself is even more salty...yucks...the chicken is like the zinger burger type one lor...thick and crispy but too salty...the fries ok la...will taste better if it's just done - hot and crispy...

So what i think - KFC better stick to their fried chicken...

As for today...met my friend at city hall in the late afternoon...both of us were hungry as i had early brunch and she only had vege for lunch so we went to TCC to sit down talk and eat. I ordered smoked salmon sandwich while she ordered tiramisu. The sandwich were very nice, so were the chips but A does not sems to be very satisfied with her tiramisu as it was different standard from what she had the last time...haha...sorry everyone, no pictures to show as I was too busy talking and eating and forgot to take photos...

Reach home a bit early today...and pa was kena suan by me...and he was being very funny...say call my younger sis back as the two horses (me and my mum) keep bullying him...2 horse bully one chicken so better call reinforcements back...wahaha

The finals is over. Italy is the champion. Yeah yeah yeah...this is their fourth time since World Cup started.

I woke up late...ard 2.30am to watch the match and I was surprised that so fast the score was 1-1 already. Both teams played well but the most classic part of the game......Zidane's head butt...hahahaha

Tsk tsk...wat fiery temper...guess the French were deeply disappointed...while I applaud for the new World Cup champion Italy

Now wait 2 years more for more soccer action at the 2008 Euro Cup...hee

Oh my god...it's the World Cup finals in just a few hours time as I am typing right now...

Italy and France are meeting up again in a match...hahaha...it is really going to be a very exciting match...hohoho...remember what I said in my previous entry...hee hee...can't believe it came true...sort of expected them to meet up in the 3rd/4th placing match but they got through to the finals

Planning to have a earlier night sleep and wake up at 2pm to watch it...just pray that I can wake up la....

After weeks of World Cup matches, finally the semi-finals is here. Four teams left - Germany, Italy, France and Portugal. So who do you think will win? Much as I support Italy, but against Germany, I don't think they stand a chance of winning. Looking at the facts...it seems so and Germany is very good on tactics. Germany took down Argentina, didn't they. SO SAD!!! Why is Italy always so down on their luck...CRY!!!

No luck Italy...
1998 World Cup : Booted out of semi-finals by France...

2000 Euro Cup : Italy and France meet again in the finals. Italy led by 1-0 but in less than a minute before full time, France scored a equaliser. In the end, Italy lost. (Oh my god, Italy were so close to winning - less than 1 minute in fact)

2002 World Cup : Italy was booted out early in the game due to bad refeering and it was all over the news. (sombody kick that referee, pls)

2004 Euro Cup : Italy did not even qualify for the quarter-finals. (Oh my, what have they been doing!!!)

2006 World Cup : Let's wait and see. It may be more exciting to see Italy and France get together again for a game. Hahaha...
