Power of language...
Was talking with my choir mates on the launch of the new Google service...an online shopping site...and guess what...they are going to name it GBuy...hahaha...and no joke ok, it's true...dun believe, go check it out...for the slow and ignorance, pls try to figure it out in Hokkien...why do i say this? Cuz was telling my eldest sister about it and she simply din figure it out...no reaction from her...*faint*...too-pig sister...
Well, what can we say...they are americans after all...and what do they know about hokkien...as i said, power of language...and i guess that's how a some conflicts arise...hoho...

I'm a small small girl in a Big Big World...
This world is getting too complicated for me...*sianz*...how nice is it if there's a world without all the negative thoughts and feelings...no more pretence, no more politics but more trust, more understanding...

So fast...new year is over...
15 days of new year is finally over...had such an uneventful new year...
Had my friends came over on Sat but in the end...those that stayed were still single. In the end there were a lot of bee hoon left...whatever happen to those married or are planning to get married...*sigh*

Happy Chinese New Year...
Happy Chinese New Year to one and all...may all of you have a prosperous, fun-filled year ahead...Many of you must be wondering what have i been up to...have not been updating my blog for some time...Dun worry, i'm not closing my blog...but have been feeling lazy about updating it...
Yes..yes...I know the New Year holidays was prtty long...more than enough time for me to update my blog...sorry lor...too lazy over the new year and I wanna have a real ggod rest so have been staying away from the computer (though not completely)...
Well...I had a very sudoku new year...have been playing quite a fair bit of it over the new year...since not much house visiting, i gotta keep myself occupied...right?
This year we had a early reunion dinner...had our reunion dinner on Fri so that my sis can have hers with her in-laws on Sat...for more details, pls visit her blog (link is in the side panel)...
And basically on Sat I bum around at home...watch TV, play sudoku, do knitting...oh, not forgetting I went out in the late afternoon with my friend to walk walk about...kind of funny when u see people closing shop so early ard 5pm...and by evening, suddenly the streets look so deserted...haha...and the new year countdown program on TV by mediacorp not exciting one leh...
Early on New year morning really wake up "seven early eight early", cuz i woke up ard 7plus before 8am...gotta go my aunt place...then gotta go to church...went my aunt place very early, ard 8.30am...then by 9plus, I'm off to church...phew...got there on time...just as i stepped in the choir loft, the mass started...this is the first time since I join the choir in 2001 that I went to chuch on first day of New Year...this one cannot skip la, cuz it's Sunday too...all thanks to CDC, she got me home before 11.30am...actually planning for more bumming ard at home until my buddy asked me wanna go watch movie...ok lor, so we went to watch the animation Zodiac...well, for a local production, it is really not bad...but i might have too much of the popcorn...stomach was feeling a bit queasy at night...
More bumming around at home on the 2nd and 3rd day of New Year...except on the 2nd day...went with parents to IMM...amazing...quite a few of the shops (other than restaurant) are opened...have not expected them to be opened...hoho...
Went back office yeasterday...time to start work again...
